Joining their peers nationwide, the children of Munam Parish showcased their vibrant faith and evangelistic strides through a day of praise, worship, and exciting activities.
The rally, presided over by Parish Pastor Amaboh Fred Chengwa, was a vibrant celebration of Christian life. In his powerful sermon, drawing inspiration from Isaiah 49:1-6, Pastor Chengwa delivered a message of hope and encouragement. He urged the congregation, particularly the children, to “Live a fulfilled life, God shall always lead you,” emphasizing the unwavering love and guidance of God. He assured them that despite life’s challenges, their faith in God would never be in vain, for He would never forsake them.
The children, joined by their enthusiastic peers from Sunday School Gufum, actively participated in a variety of engaging activities. They demonstrated their knowledge of scripture through challenging Bible Quizzes, filled the air with melodious hymns during the Liturgical Singing competition, and showcased their impressive memory of biblical verses. The vibrant cultural expressions of the region were beautifully reflected in the lively dances performed by the children, adding a touch of joy and festivity to the occasion.
